Protea's second Fire & Ice Hotel opened on Monday 15 March 2010 at The Piazza, Melrose Arch, joining the group's luxury brand, Melrose Arch Hotel, to broaden the offering of both accommodation and restaurants to visitors, travellers, residents and office staff.
